Hey there! I’m Kaitlyn — but everyone calls me Katie.

I’m a small-town girl from Oelwein, Iowa (population 6,490), who found herself dropped into the buzzing world of Lakeland, Florida in the midst of childhood ( population of nearly 100,000) - a move that shifted my entire outlook on life. Constantly adapting to new neighborhoods, schools, and faces, I quickly became a natural connector, a “floater” who could vibe with anyone, anywhere. I may come off quiet at first, but make no mistake - I’m a spitfire with big dreams and the drive to match.

From the moment I sold my first box of cookies in Girl Scouts, I was hooked on business and connection. I grew up alongside the digital boom-from Blackberry phones and MySpace to customizing Super Poke Pets pages before I even knew what “programming” meant. That early exposure to tech and creativity set me on a path I’m still passionately following.

Thanks to my yearbook and computer teacher, Ms. Clay, I joined FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America), placed 3rd in a county-wide advertising competition, and had the unforgettable experience of attending the state convention. That experience sparked something in me- a love for storytelling, branding, and showing up creatively in a digital world. I continued that momentum through high school, diving into photography, film, editing, and even developing yearbooks - anything that let me tell a story through visuals.

Fast forward to today, I’ve had the privilege of helping launch and manage the Lakeland StretchLab Studio under Xponential Brands. What started as a front desk role quickly evolved into an operations leadership position where I learned how to build a business from the ground up. I’ve developed skills in team leadership, sales, studio operations, client retention, B2B and B2C collaboration, and brand development. I also uncovered a passion for analytics- there’s something about making data visual that clicks for me. I love turning reports into strategy and numbers into stories that move a business forward.

I’m endlessly curious, always learning, and constantly looking for new ways to grow-whether it’s sharpening my digital marketing skills, dreaming up creative content, or helping brands build deeper, more intentional connections with their audience.
